Celeriac?

I have some celeriac. Do I only use the bulb or can I also use the leaves? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes you can use both, or one or the other. It has a very celery like intense flavor. At least ours did! Did you grow your own? We tried this year but I think there was too much rain, they got all mushy. ~ K |
