PORK ideas...

I got a whole pork loin Friday, for $1.39/#.
I got it cut into 2 roasts, and about 20 Iowa Pork Chops.
Any ideas for pork chops?
How about pork roast?
I usually grill the pork chops. I cooked one roast yesterday with green peppers, onions, garlic, salt and pepper, in the crock pot. Wasn't too bad...

I like to put a pork roast in the crock pot and cook it still it shreds or pulls apart. I add bar-b-que sauce at the end and either eat it like that or else put it on buns to eat. |

For the pork, add one can of cranberry sauce and one cranberry sauce can's worth or orange juice to the crock pot...Low for 6-8 hours. Delicious. |
