Pumpkin Butter Muffins

Does anyone have a recipe using pumpkin butter in muffins? I have an opend jar I want to use up and wondered if there is a recipe out there using it? |

I posted my recipe that I use for pumpkin muffins below under the Zucchini bread post. The recipe I use can be used for zucchini, carrot or pumpkin bread/muffins. I use my pumpkin butter in the recipe and they are delicious. My favorite muffins! Robin |

Thank you. I didn't get to review your post yet. So for breakfast today, we had choc chip pumpkin muffins with a glass of milk. They were good. I dipped the tops in melted butter and then swirled them in a cinnamon/sugar mixture. You don't need to add anything and that way I can get my youngest son to eat them. Makes a nice warm breakfast as a cold front came in last night and boy howdy did our temp drop. Two days ago it was about 70. Today it's only going up to the 40's.
I can't wait to try this recipe. |
