I posted this on another thread and thought I would post it here too in case anyone is interested. I make these every year at Christmas time and get lots of compliments on them. They really are delicious and so easy. Plus they make a big batch for giving away!

2 pounds white chocolate (or almond bark)
2 squares bakers chocolate
12 oz chocolate chips
2 pounds salted peanuts

Melt the top three ingredients in microwave or double boiler. When melted, add peanuts and stir. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool.

Delicious!
Enjoy!
