bulk bread mix

I am looking for a bulk recipe to make beer bread. I have looked in my Make a Mix Cookery, More Make a Mix Cookery plus 30 Day Gourmet books to no avail. Buying the prepackaged mixes is starting to add up.

Not sure if this helps, but I make up my own mixes from the recipes I have. We are gluten/dairy free, so my bread mixes use about 15 dry ingredients. I just take out 6 bowls, add each of the ingredients to each of the bowls, then package up six sandwich bags of mix. My kids (9 and 11) each know how to make bread any time they want since they only need to open the mix bag and add the few wet ingredients and yeast.
If you have a favorite bread recipe, it would probably work the same.
