Lots of Avacados!

A friend gave us a bunch of avacados and I have about 8 left. Any ideas other than guacamole? I mashed one up and froze it for the baby. Our other 3 ds don't seem to like them much, so I figure I could hide them in something!

sandwhiches, take cooked beans, add, cheese, tomatoes and slice avac. salads, I love avacodos!!! |
