Dear ladies,

Do you have any tips on stewing and de-boning a chicken in a more efficient manner. Also on straining and defatting the broth and saving it. It took me 3 hours the other night (plus I was making homemade egg noodles for chicken & noodles for supper).

TIA

If you put the broth into the refrigerator you will be able to scrape off most of the fat from the top. My best time saver for deboning the chicken is asking dh who doesn't mind that at all. Hehe!
Are egg noodles hard to make? Would love a recipe. I was so excited a couple of nights ago we had a different brand of egg noodles I had bought because they looked just like what I had grown up with and had tried to find for years and they were just as good as I remembered.
