Has anyone ever roasted soybeans for a snack? We bought some honey roasted soybeans at Whole Foods and I would love to try to make them at home myself.

I have not made honey roasted soybeans, but I have made regular ones. They are a little labor intensive. There are several ways to do them, but you cook raw soybeans until almost done, drain liquid and then roast in slow oven add salt. This is one way I could stomach soybeans! I think I am remembering right, I can look it up for you if you want.

Okay, Looked it up for direct instructions and there are many ways to do them. The way I did, was you soak your soybeans overnight, then boil for 1 hour in salted water, drain. Roast in shallow pan at 350 until brown Sprinkle with salt while warm
